For the past week, Hayden had been pretty busy training in Speed Skating; doing laps around the main floor of the house with one arm swinging and the other behind his back. But why stop at just one event? Today it was skiing. Sometimes you don't have all the 'fancy' equipment, but that's when you improvise.

Olympic Training
